David Lejeune started his career as a Cost Control & Production (process manufacturing specialty) Manager for the Air France Group. He later co‐created the first ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software business unit for KPMG Peat Marwick. Lejeune co‐created Baan France and developed its professional services organization from the ground. He then played a major role as Director of Consulting for Baan Europe Middle East & Africa and then for Baan’s worldwide operations (Baan Global Consulting: 1,600 employees, US$250MM – Baan Company: 6,000 employees, US$980MM).
A senior executive for the LEADS Corporation (now QinetiQ North America), he advised senior US civilian and government intelligence executives (Treasury‐Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, Federal Communications Commission, Department of the Interior...) regarding their sensitive information technology and modernization programs.
As Executive Vice President of Operations for SOALogix Inc. (now SAP), Mr. Lejeune provided direct one‐to‐one advisory and execution support to the CEO specifically in the area of business development, sales, software product delivery, and corporate strategy.
Lejeune is now the CEO of OPUSfidelis, a strategic communication and social media agency (online marketing, viral & social campaigns) helping corporations and non‐profit organizations grow brand awareness and create engaging and meaningful communities.
Mr. Lejeune is a national and international lecturer and presenter; he has addressed groups of investors, business executives, and large industry-based communities. Lejeune is committed to philanthropic causes, he co-founded Fidesco USA (NGO for international solidarity) and serves on the board of the Jerome Lejeune Foundation USA (Down Syndrome scientific research).
David Lejeune is married to Marie-Ange Lejeune, and they have eight children. Marie-Ange is a graduate from Science Po Paris (Institute of Political Sciences of Paris). While Mr. Lejeune shares the Lejeune name, he is not related to Jerome Lejeune.
