I have a request for additional materials

If you are interested in acquiring materials from us to support your event or fundraising effort, please email or call us at 267-403-2910 and we would be happy to send you materials (Please note: 2-3 weeks notice is recommended to ensure timely arrival).

I would like to use the Foundation's logo

We are happy to provide you with our logo to support your efforts for promotion and awareness on behalf of the Foundation. Please email or call us at 267-403-2910 to request permission, and we will then provide you with the appropriate file for your specific needs. The Foundation logo cannot be used for anything other than your fundraising efforts, which will solely support the Jerome Lejeune Foundation.

The Foundation's name

The Jerome Lejeune Foundation name may only be used in reference to your fundraising event or activity. It cannot be used to promote any product or service.

Inform donors where their donations will go

Make certain that your supporters know and understand where their contributions are going. For instance, simply state that 100% of the proceeds they provide will support the mission of the Jerome Lejeune Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides research, care, and advocacy for children and adults with Down syndrome and other genetic intellectual disabilities. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, all contributions are fully tax-decuctible, and formal acknowledgment and tax receipt will be provided to donors who suppy full name and address on the donation form.
